I began my career in 1992 when I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West in Sunnyvale, CA. After graduation I developed my skills while practicing in the East Bay, San Francisco and San Jose. NEXT LEVEL first opened its doors in 1997 shortly after the birth of my first child. Nineteen years and four children later, NEXT LEVEL has become a well known fixture in the Grand Lake neighborhood of Oakland.
A long time ago, I decided that the ideal practice for me was one that combined both personal training and Chiropractic care to give my clients the best of both worlds. I believe that these complimentary health disciplines make the time I spend with my clients fun, dynamic and very productive. I learn something new everyday as I help my clients achieve success. My clients have access to the most current methods available in helping them achieve their health and fitness goals.
I enjoy seeing my clients feel good about themselves and achieve their personal training goals. This sense of achievement is exhilarating for both them and me and motivates us to continue on our journey together to a fit and healthy life.
I am fortunate to have clients who believe strongly in the NEXT LEVEL method and who share my fitness ethic and lifestyle values. As a result, a majority of my clients have been with me since I first opened my doors in 1997. There is a program for everyone here at NEXT LEVEL, whether it be personal training, chiropractic, small group training classes or whether you simply need someone to mentor you through your fitness journey.
