2. Are membership's based on a year contract? Our memberships are month to month. We feel that if we are doing our job together and you are getting results, you will continue withNEXT LEVEL.
3. I haven't worked out in awhile. What methods do you use?
Firstly, after a fitness evaluation is performed. I review the results upon which I can then create a user specific fitness program unique to you. I strength train using a variety of tools: your body weight, rubber bands, dumbbells and a few weights.
4. I have a bad back and high blood pressure. Can I still exercise with you?
Dr. Pigott is a licensed chiropractor with more than 15 years of personal training experience.All members are given a thorough fitness exam to assess their individual needs.

Every 30 days clients are re-evaluated to ensure that progress is being made.Weigh-ins are held weekly.
