Personal Training:

Clients are encouraged to participate in one-on-one personal training. Whether it is once or three times a week, working with a fitness trainer helps set the foundation for fitness success.

Over the course of 12 weeks, I will teach you the 90 basic exercises that make up theNEXT LEVELExercise training System.

Once completed, clients will have a firm foundation on how to exercise safely.

Small Group Training: KeepFit Together:

Group Exercise from 3-5 people.

KeepFit Together is based on moving atyour own pacethroughout a50 minute workout.

This program helps to maintain the heart rate between120 -160 beats per minute.

This range will increase lean muscle mass faster and burn stored caloriesmore efficiently.

KeepFit Together leads to ahealthier personand that can beyou!

Chiropractic:

Dr. Pigottis a 1992 Graduate of Palmer Chiropractic College West in San Jose, CA.Dr. Pigott is a certifiedstrength trainerNSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association)with over twenty yearsexperience in designing exercise and weight management programs. Dr. Pigott is also a licsened soccer coachthrough theNSCAA (National Soccer Coaches Association of America).

Chiropractic is incorporated into fitness programs in order to maximize strength, minimize pain and reduce stress. In combining strength training and chiropractic, Dr. Pigotthas helped hundreds of people live pain free, healthy lives.
