With over five years of coaching experience, Ayo Pigott brings an elite sport background into every training session. His approach is built around helping clients move better, get stronger, and perform at their highest level — whether that means improving body composition, enhancing athletic performance, or staying pain-free for the long run.

Ayo spent three years as a Coach+ at Equinox Sports Club on Market Street in San Francisco, where he worked with a wide range of clients — from high-level professionals to general population members focused on longevity and sustainable fitness. His coaching philosophy centers on intelligent programming, movement quality, and measurable, long-term progress.

Before transitioning into coaching, Ayo competed as a semi-professional soccer player in Spain with UD San Pedro. He later continued his playing career in England while studying Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Suffolk, competing semi-professionally for Framingham Town FC. The combination of academic study and high-level competition shaped his performance-driven and science-backed approach to training.

Ayo holds certifications as a Pain-Free Performance Specialist and Functional Kettlebell Training Instructor through PPSC, Rock Tape FMT Level 1, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. His education and credentials allow him to integrate strength training, rehabilitation principles, and nutrition into a comprehensive, results-focused system.

He is currently continuing his education at San Jose State University, pursuing a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport Management. His mission is simple: combine science and athletic movement to help every client reach the next level of performance.
