Thank you for taking the time to read my blog. I want to give you a heads up on what Next Level Fitness is all about. But, before I do that I want to share some thoughts on what this gym can do for you.
We all want to improve how we feel about ourselves. We go to the hair salon, we buy new clothes, we buy "things", we do things for others, but by and large the main thing we seek is satisfaction that we are getting forward in life.
Fitness is a modality that definitely can help us reach those plateaus in our life. How may you ask?
Exercise is the one thing that when done regularly and consistently can make a positive contribution to our overall well being. But, it's HARD!!!!
How many times have we started and stopped fitness? More times than we can count.
The one thing that can ease that inconsistency is getting help from a personal fitness professional. A trainer can be pricey, but is being miserable and unhappy a better price for you to experience?
Next Level has a two unique programs available for clients to get fitness results:
- 1-1 personal training
- Small Group Training
1-1 training is exactly that working with a fitness professional 1-1 who helps you get in shape with an individual program. The times are scheduled based on your availability whether that is in the morning, afternoon or evening. Sessions are scheduled at 30, 40 and 50 minute time intervals.
Small Group Training is 3-5 people working together. The classes are held eleven times / week and are 50 minutes long. Class times are held in the morning, early evening and on Saturday.
All clients receive a comprehensive fitness assessment that quantifies:
- Body weight
- % Body Fat
- Measurements
- Strength
- Flexibility
All fitness assessments are performed every 3-4 weeks to ensure that progress is being achieved.
As you can see Next Level has two very good programs that can help someone, who has the desire, be able to look and feel the best that they can. Training is not easy but with the right professional in your corner YOU can achieve the results that you want in 2020 with a little help from Next Level Fitness.
