Now that we are getting back to "normal" when are you getting back unto the fitness band wagon?
The only way that is going to happen is to first figure out what is it that you really want to do. Just like the job market people are taking their time to find the right fitness place to help them get back to pre lockdown activity. Especially, after what we went through the past 18 months.
One of the first things to do is too see what fitness resources are available in your neighborhood. As a result of the lockdown, we now are use to staying close to home. So find what services are near you to help make it easier to get into and stick with a fitness service.
Ask questions about what you would like to accomplish and do different from the last time.

Next Level is open to the general public. We are primarily seeing 1-1 clients and keeping the small group training class online.
- 1-1 sessions are 30 min and 40 minutes
- 1-1 Monthly packages are available
- Monthly small group training is also available
If you have fitness tools you'll have an advantage. Next Level Fitness will give you user friendly programs that you can use with your own tools. It is recommended that clients train at least 3 x a week. This will help you establish a new behaviour pattern that'll help you to get acclimated to your fitness journey.
As you get better, stronger and more disciplined you will been seen 2 x week and then eventually a few times a month. If you choose to continue with that trainer we can facilitate more frequent sessions.
The best way to get back into shape is to schedule a fitness assessment. One of the tools we use is the InBody Body Composition machine. This unique tool measures your body weight by breaking down the amount of:
- Water
- Muscle
- Body fat
that make up an individual's body.
Not only does it calculate these three regions it has the ability to determine your ideal daily calories to reach your target weight.
Every 4 weeks a fitness re evaluation is performed to determine your progress.
I suggest beginning there first and let's get a "blueprint" of where you are now. Then we can create a road map to your success. Starting here first we can find out what makes your body tick and from there we can create a program that will help you to get to the levels you are seeking.
