Mindful Fitness: How to be more Engaged in your Workouts!

As a fitness professional it's our job to ensure that clients are getting the maximum results from every session they attend with us.

One of the challenges is getting clients to stay focused throughout the exercise session. In the video I share some tips and ideas on how you can get more engagement from your sessions and help your clients reach their fitness potential.

There are 2 ways to achieve this. Internal and External stimulation. Using verbal, visual and touch to emphasize areas of the body being worked and what muscles are involved in creating that action. Having clients "tune "into their sessions will help them become more focused on their fitness efforts. This can lead to positive outcomes when fitness measures are assessed on a periodic basis.
