- Joint Injuries: Life is full of bumps, bruises, slips and falls. If you have any of these and as a result have joint limitations. See medical attention ASAP!
- Occupation: Jobs that are physical or repetitive in nature can lead to joint issues. Modify your work space, wear orthopedic supports or if need be get another JOB!
- Smoking: Can lead to restriction in blood vessels to health joints and muscles. To the best of your ability try and stop.
- Getting relief: Over the counter medications, joint support, heat and ice, Exercise, yogs, physical therapy and chiropractic maybe beneficial in helping you find relief.
As you can see. Dealing with joint pain is not the end of the world. With proper attention and a plan you can mitigate and eliminate any risks that you may have in relation to your joints. Healthy joints lead to a healthy life. Do your best to maintain.
