Achieving fitness success isn't as hard as you think. You just need a plan. I'm going to share with you the (5) secrets to Fitness Success. Once you read them, you may say to yourself that "Oh, that's simple?" But, unless you apply them on an ongoing basis they end up justing being words. It is important that we set realistic goals so that you can achieve the results you are looking for:
Please focus on these 5 suggestions on your road to success:
- Discipline yourself to walk @ least 30 min continuously everyday. If you have a Fit Bit your daily goal will be 10,000 steps a day. So a minimum of 30 min to as many steps you can do in a day.
- Get into the proper daily habits of making wise food choices. Diets only work if you're consistent. Focus on making better food choices and bring small meals with you through out the day ( grapes, bananas to help minimize your cravings.
- Be consistent in your training sessions with me. Missed appointments are missed opportunities to reach your goals. Be diligent in making sure you call me when you have schedule conflicts.
- Forgive yourself. Stuff happens. Living our lives can at times make us lose focus. Forgive yourself if you didn't make your daily steps, missed a training session or ate something you shouldn't have. It happens. Keep going forward!
- Change your focus. Granted, that weight loss is a goal that may have brought you to Next Level Fitness. But It won't be the only goal. Fitness is a journey not a destination. You'll lose weight when you take "ownership" of steps #1- #4. Once that happens, you'll be on your way!
