To summarize it's contents it makes the case for exercise as we get older:
Regular fitness increases:
- Muscle strength
- Increase endurance
- Reduce risk of injury
- Minimize the risk of falls
- Increase cardio efficiency
- Increase muscle proteins which increase capillaries which circulates more oxygen through out the body
Regular exercise performed 2-3 times a week for a minimum of 30 - 50 minutes that encompasses multi-joint activities is the best form of fitness to perform. At Next Level regular class participants exercise a variety of ways using their bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells and cardio equipment to get their bodies in as much shape as possible.
The key to success is determining your present fitness levels and then designing a program that allows you to adapt slowly to higher intensities and volume of activities.
With older clients the emphasis is always on:
- Strength
- Balance
- Flexibility
- Aerobic fitness
You'll find that the classes at Next Level Fitness are fun, dynamic and user friendly ( meaning that they will help you gradually get strong )
Please read the article enclosed and upon its completion contact me @ Next Level and we can begin your fitness journey in 2019 to building a new YOU!
